ADUs
ADUs are one of the most practical builds in El Dorado and Sacramento Counties — rental income, family housing, or a home office that isn't the kitchen table. Our advantage is that we already do the part that surprises most ADU budgets: the dirt. Access, grading, the pad, utility trenching, and drainage are our daily work, and they're where ADU projects most often go sideways.
We build detached units and garage conversions, working with your designer's plans and the county's permit process.

Process
How it works
Feasibility walk
Before anyone draws plans, we look at what the lot really allows — access for equipment, slope, and where utilities can run.
Plans and permits
You bring a designer or we refer one; we price from the plans and support the permit process.
Site work and foundation
The dirt phase, self-performed: pad, trenches, foundation.
The build
Structure through finish, with a schedule you can see.
Final and tie-in
Walkthrough, and the landscape around the new unit put back together properly.
Service area
We serve greater El Dorado County and Sacramento County — Placerville, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, and the communities between.
